On the morning of June 14, 2025, Văn Lang Sài Gòn College (VLSC) successfully hosted a school-level scientific seminar themed “The Enterprise-in-School Model and Solutions to Enhance Practical Training Quality”. The event brought together over 100 experts, lecturers, and business representatives, along with nearly 300 students, marking a significant milestone in VLSC’s 5-year journey (2020–2025).

Key Highlights from the Seminar

  • Successful Signing of 14 MOUs: VLSC formalized partnerships through 14 Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with enterprises across diverse sectors, including technology, media, food and beverage, commerce, services, healthcare, beauty, and education.

  • Over 30 Scientific Papers: The seminar featured 30+ selected papers published in the conference proceedings, showcasing diverse approaches and highly applicable solutions to enhance practical training quality.

  • Engaging Contributions: Dozens of direct inputs, particularly from business representatives, fostered a vibrant, insightful, and dedicated academic atmosphere, reflecting the business community’s genuine commitment to improving the quality of the new-generation workforce.

The seminar served not only as an academic forum but also as a bridge connecting schools, businesses, and students, united by a shared goal: “Learn to Work Effectively – Excel Right After Graduation”. It reaffirmed VLSC’s strategic direction:

  • Aligning education with labor market needs by integrating businesses into the school and bringing students to enterprises.

  • 70–90% practical training, simulating real-world work environments.

  • Regularly updated curricula based on enterprise demands, ensuring students’ skills remain market-relevant.

  • Career orientation from the first year, with opportunities for paid internships, real-world projects, and hands-on experiences.

  • 100% job placement post-graduation, with many students securing jobs as early as their first year.
