INTEGRITY – DEDICATION – DEVELOPMENT
1. INTEGRITY
– The word “integrity” comes from the Latin word “integritas” meaning whole and healthy.
– It is expressed in honesty, uprightness, and consistency from thoughts, words to actions.
– All actions of an upright person must not go beyond social ethics and professional ethics
– An upright person has loyalty and fairness, so he is often trusted and supported by the majority
– An upright person always harmonizes personal legitimate interests with collective and community interests.
2. Dedication
– Act with all your will and effort in everything.
– Dedication to work is expressed in love for the job, passion for work, enthusiasm for work, and a spirit of progress and innovation.
– A dedicated person always has a high sense of responsibility, is persistent, is not easily discouraged, and can withstand work pressure.
– Dedication helps enhance personal prestige and foster the value of a person with this quality
3. Development
Manifested in the increase of both tangible and intangible values in work and life.
Development requires directed action and will through a process of each individual and collective.
Development must be associated with sustainability and happiness
“Integrity – Dedication – Development” is the educational philosophy of Van Lang Saigon College, guiding and maintaining all management, training and learning activities of the School’s pedagogical staff firmly on the basis of:
– Honesty and transparency between the School and learners – society, between learners, future workers and employers; the worthy recognition of learners – society for the School, of employers for workers.
– Love for the profession, passion for the chosen job, a sense of dedication and service in each job position
– Always have a positive movement towards innovation and improvement.
