VLSC Welcomes Sungshin Women's University

On July 7, 2025, Van Lang Saigon College (VLSC) was honored to welcome a delegation from Sungshin Women’s University (South Korea) as part of an international education connection and development program.

Sungshin Women’s University is one of the prestigious universities in Seoul with a history of over 85 years of sustainable development. The university is distinguished by its strong internationalization orientation, modern multi-disciplinary training ecosystem, and global network of academic partners. Sungshin Women’s University is currently ranked among the top universities in Asia, particularly excelling in joint programs and scholarships for international students.

During the meeting, VLSC and Sungshin Women’s University discussed strategic cooperation directions, opening up many practical opportunities for VLSC students.

Nominating VLSC students to participate in exchange and transfer programs in South Korea.
Organizing short-term cultural exchange programs to broaden the experience and international integration capabilities for students of both institutions.
Providing numerous valuable scholarship opportunities, with special priority given to students who have achieved TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) certificates at corresponding levels.

Notably, during this visit, the Sungshin Women’s University delegation also had an intimate meeting with Vietnamese and international students currently studying and exchanging at VLSC. The conversation took place in an open atmosphere, helping the partner delegation better understand the aspirations of VLSC students and laying the groundwork for developing optimal and practical support policies for international students in the future. On their part, VLSC students also had the opportunity to directly express their wishes and dreams in a foreign language with the partners.

The event marks a new step in VLSC’s internationalization strategy – a place that continuously opens doors for integration, development, and global connection for its students.
