Students of Van Lang Saigon College (VLSC) continue to demonstrate their competence and global readiness through direct interviews with enterprises from Japan. The program was conducted in collaboration with Akane Human Resources Co., Ltd. and AutoMAX Co., Ltd.—reputable companies operating in the automotive engineering and technology sector in Japan.
The interviews were not merely a recruitment process, but also an opportunity for VLSC students to clearly express their career aspirations, proactive mindset, and strong desire to learn and grow in a Japanese-standard working environment. Through direct exchanges with employers, students were able to gain first-hand insights into actual recruitment requirements, professional work ethics, and international corporate culture.
During the interviews, VLSC students made a strong impression with their serious attitude, professional demeanor, confident communication skills, and thorough preparation in both knowledge and practical skills. These qualities form a solid foundation, enabling students to seize opportunities to participate in internship programs at Japanese enterprises and gradually integrate into an international working environment in a structured and professional manner.
Notably, successful candidates will receive full support for 100% of housing costs in Japan, helping to ease financial concerns and allowing students to focus on studying, working, and gaining valuable hands-on experience throughout their internship period.
