The recent recruitment interview series conducted in collaboration with Japanese enterprises has marked an important milestone, reflecting positive outcomes in the international integration journey of students at Van Lang Saigon College – one of the leading colleges in Vietnam.

During the interviews with the Nihon Aikou Cooperative (recruiting for the Kaigo sector – caregiving and nursing services) and Bell Company Co., Ltd., three students, Thanh Vy, Thanh Quyen, and Thanh Thu, demonstrated outstanding competence, met the rigorous selection criteria, and were officially selected by Japanese employers. This achievement opens up opportunities for them to work in a professional, disciplined, and high-potential working environment in Japan.

Building on this success, AI Japan Company Co., Ltd., a company operating in the field of next-generation eyewear and hearing aid devices in Japan, directly conducted interviews and successfully recruited three first-year students, Khanh My, Bao Lam, and Nhat Nam. The fact that students at an early stage of their academic journey were able to confidently participate in and pass international recruitment interviews clearly demonstrates the professionalism, proactive mindset, and readiness for global integration of VLSC students from their very first semesters.

The interviews focused not only on assessing professional knowledge and technical skills, but also placed strong emphasis on work attitude, professional demeanor, communication skills, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving ability. These are key factors enabling employees to adapt, work long-term, and develop sustainably within Japanese corporate environments.

The achievements attained by the students are the result of their serious preparation and proactive self-improvement, while also highlighting the close guidance and support provided by the College’s experienced faculty members. This further affirms Van Lang Saigon College’s consistent commitment to an education model aligned with international enterprise standards.

VLSC – Building solid foundations, expanding global career opportunities
The training programs at Van Lang Saigon College are developed with a strong application-oriented approach and are closely aligned with the practical demands of both domestic and international labor markets. From the early stages of study, students are equipped with professional knowledge, occupational skills, and appropriate work ethics, enabling them to quickly adapt and be fully prepared to enter international working environments upon graduation.
The nationally recognized qualifications awarded by the College are widely accepted, providing students with a solid foundation to pursue further education, employment, and career development not only in Vietnam but also in many other countries. This represents a significant advantage, allowing students to proactively plan long-term career pathways in the context of global integration.
In addition, VLSC students have opportunities to participate in paid international internship programs, through which they can earn income, gain practical work experience, and develop professional skills in real-world settings. These internships not only enhance technical competence but also serve as an important stepping stone toward official employment opportunities abroad.
The curriculum is designed with a strong focus on practical training and communication skills, enabling students to use foreign languages—particularly Japanese—effectively and flexibly in both academic and professional contexts. The balanced integration of theory and practice helps students gain greater confidence when attending interviews and working in international enterprises.
The College also develops personalized learning pathways tailored to each student’s abilities, goals, and career orientation. This approach allows learners to maximize their individual strengths while receiving structured and systematic preparation for their chosen professional journeys.
Beyond formal coursework, students participate in a wide range of experiential activities, including field visits, internships, workshops, talk shows, and cultural exchange programs with domestic and international enterprises and experts. These experiences broaden students’ perspectives, strengthen soft skills, and enhance adaptability in multicultural working environments.
The faculty of Van Lang Saigon College consists of highly experienced lecturers with deep understanding of language, culture, and international working environments. Beyond delivering academic knowledge, lecturers serve as mentors and advisors, accompanying students throughout their learning journey and career preparation process.
A modern learning environment, supported by well-invested and standardized facilities, provides optimal conditions for students to study, practice, and develop comprehensive skills. This serves as a strong foundation enabling VLSC students to gradually expand access to international working environments and confidently build sustainable, long-term career paths.
From the achievements gained through international recruitment interviews, students of Van Lang Saigon College are steadily affirming their competence, professionalism, and ability to integrate into the global workforce. These results reflect not only individual efforts, but also the effectiveness of the College’s practice-oriented training model and its commitment to sustainable development. On this foundation, VLSC students are increasingly confident in expanding international career opportunities and proactively shaping stable, long-term professional futures aligned with current global integration trends.
